Under the supervision of the Operations Director, the House Manager or Client Care Manager supervises and coordinates activities of assigned counselors and other staff, coordinates activities with Residence Social Services staff, support and security staff, oversees activities of the residents and monitors physical plant conditions that impact the safety and security of residents, staff and facility assets.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or GED plus 4 years human services experience. College credits, can be substituted for up to 2 years of the above experience ( I year of college = 1 year of experience). Some supervisory experience preferred.
