Performs all duties necessary for the efficient operation of the front office. Some of theses duties include greeting clients, accepting fees, entering visits into computer, confirming and scheduling appointments, answering telephone, typing, filing, faxing, and copying.
Responsible To: Assist Office Manager
Workers Supervised: None.
Interrelationships: Deals with clients, client’s families, interdisciplinary personnel, and all phone calls.
Education: Successful completion of high school.
Training and Experience: Must be able to type 35 wpm and operate a personal computer.
Job Knowledge: Must have knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and third party requirements. Must show maturity in dealing with fellow employees. Superior written and verbal communication skills are a must.
