Under the general supervision of the Chief Operating Officer or designee the SVP provides strategic leadership of a diverse service delivery system and business development to ICL’s residential, community habilitation, nursing, and other IDD related services. Is responsible for quality outcomes for the people we support and contributes to ICL’s financial health and success through leading the IDD managers to ensure high quality, effective, and fiscally viable, services. The SVP is responsible for leadership planning and implementation of a diverse array of services and supports designed to ensure that each person with special challenges reaches their highest potential and desired quality of life. The SVP ensures compliance with all current laws, regulations, and industry standards with a focus on using data to make informed decisions that foster quality improvement. The SVP plans and secures service expansion opportunities to meet the needs of individuals and families and the community and supports the operations of the organization. The SVP is also responsible for proposal and budget development, accomplishment of Corporate Strategic Plan goals, key performance indicators and outcomes, Corporate Compliance, Utilization Management, staff retention and development, and living and actively promoting the Vision, Mission, and Values of the Agency. The SVP cultivates and maintains relationships with key community, regulatory and political leaders and markets the services, while seeking out and securing business development opportunities. The SVP negotiates and administers contracts related to service delivery under the guidance of the Chief Operating Officer or designee.

Participates in Corporate Management
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing or other relevant human service or clinical field from an accredited university plus 10-years progressively responsible experience in OPWDD certified (or equivalent) settings, at least 3 years of which was at the level of Vice President.
