The incumbent is expected to conduct all background checks for potential employees being onboarded with ICL.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
HS Graduate or equivalent 2 year experience or Associates degree and 1 year experienced in the Human Resources field. Proficient in MS word and Ms Excel. Knowledge of ADP or comparable HRIS.
