  • Overview

    The incumbent is expected to conduct all background checks for potential employees being onboarded with ICL.


    • Responsible for providing support to the HR generalist in conducting background checks as part of the on-boarding process
    • Input information into ICIMS to start the background check (consists of Sterling background check form, Justice Center form, Justice Center, SCR, Code of Conduct i-forms
    • Schedule candidates for fingerprinting or drug testing
    • Collect and enter candidates information into the State Child registry
    • Enter candidate employment and education into the Sterling website.
    • Monitor results of PPD and physicals
    • Phoenix and HCC candidates are scheduled to come to the Corporate office to complete the new hire processing.
    • Enter the results of the background check in ICIMs for hiring manager to view inICIMS HM portal.
    • Maintain binder on I-9 information,
    • Provide updates to HR generalist to monitor status
    • Performs related duties as assigned.







    HS Graduate or equivalent 2 year experience or Associates degree and 1 year experienced in the Human Resources field. Proficient in MS word and Ms Excel. Knowledge of ADP or comparable HRIS.
