    AsOne IPA is currently seeking a highly motivated Director of Quality and Compliance. This position reports to the Executive Director and is viewed as a critical team member within an emerging IPA whose responsibilities include developing and overseeing ongoing quality improvement activities for the collaborative and oversight of compliance activity. This is a unique opportunity to be a key contributor to the development and success of newly formed IPA whose mission is to transform health care through integrated, evidence based, family focused care


    • Lead the development and monitoring of internal and external quality metrics with support and feedback from the AsOne Quality Oversight committee.
    • Identify metrics and operationalize continuous quality improvement initiatives among AsOne network members on how to improve quality while recognizing that each organization may approach quality improvement uniquely.
    • Oversee tracking and reporting of clinical outcomes, and support follow-up of corrective action plans.
    • Design and perform data analysis to support the strategic work of the IPA in value based contracting discussions and negotiations.
    • Synthesize data, prepare QI reports, identify opportunities for improvement, contribute to action plans and review progress using data.
    • Assist AsOne network members in managing their quality improvement processes in order to meet outcomes around which AsOne has developed value based contracts.
    • Solicit feedback and recommendations from the AsOne Quality Oversight committee as appropriate.
    • Present results of improvement efforts and ongoing performance measures and recommend actions plans to AsOne staff, Board and committee staff.
    • Develop and oversee the organizations compliance program and activity.
    • Serve as designated Privacy Officer for the organization.
