  • Overview

    AsOne IPA is currently seeking a professional and highly motivated Manager of Program Operations. This position reports to the Executive Director and is viewed as an integral team member. This opening is a unique opportunity to be a key contributor to the development and success of newly formed unique IPA seeking to transform health care through integrated, evidence based, family focused high quality behavioral health, primary care and social support services


    • Support Executive Director and other IPA Directors in strategic planning and daily operations and management activities for IPA.
    • Support Executive Director with preparing and submitting timely grant deliverables (work plan updates and timelines, performance manuals, data requests etc), which includes ongoing management of project timelines and deadlines.
    • Assist in development and execution of network communication plan including monthly newsletters, quarterly all network meetings, and maintenance of intranet.
    • Oversee development and maintenance of external facing website and social media presence.
    • Support Exec Director, IPA Directors and Committee staff with network information collection, including monitoring responses, sending reminders and follow-up, compiling responses, analyzing data and presenting results.
    • Collect, file and establish processes for maintaining legal contracts and paperwork pertaining to IPA structure, vendors and contractors, IPA membership, payers, state regulators and funders.
    • Support Exec Director, IPA Directors and Committee staff with setting up meetings including use of polls/surveys to find best dates, logistics, room set up, taking minutes at meetings, edit meeting minutes and disseminate to participants.
    • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail.
