JOB SUMMARY: The Recruitment Assistant assists with the recruitment process of staff for the various ICL programs. TheRecruitment Assistant works closely with the Recruiter to identify and forward qualified candidates to the various programs throughout the agency. Functions as the back up Recruiter in the absence of that individual.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
HS Graduate or equivalent 2 year experience or Associates degree and 1 year experienced in the Human Resources field. Proficient in MS word and Ms Excel. Knowledge of ADP or comparable HRIS.
